      Pros

      Great place to start your working life if you're 15-18 yrs old. Very flexible work/life balance. management is very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low, but it is still better than most fast food places. There is minimal training, especially with learning how to deal with annoying customers (some formal training would have been nice).

      Pros

      It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.

      Cons

      Basic service industry stuff. Nothing extraordinary.
