Pros
I have been with KFC for 10 years and the salary/bonus is very good. You will find a good, diverse range of people to work with and as a Restaurant Manager you are given a lot of freedom over how you run your restaurant.
Cons
Travel can sometimes be an issue, you can be moved to a store some distance away but the financial implications are not taken into account so you end up losing out on money at the end of the month.
