Pros

Free meal. I am only writing more as there is a word minimum to this review.

Cons

Nasty and malicious managers can have you at ends trying to clean to "Their standards" whilst talking about you behind your back, as they themselves are standing around doing nothing of use to the work of the day. Severely Understaffed at almost all times No formal training, you have to learn for yourself, or from another person who has only been there for a few weeks. Really don't like the low team-morale that is caused by managers, and when you complain about a manager they just make it worse. My previous job was an absolute god send compared to this one. Long hard "Close" shifts can have you and 3 others staying after your shift and after all buses have stopped to clean every single orifice of this place. 4 people for an entire KFC restaurant is ridiculously small, considering the amount you have to clean.

Pros

Working at KFC has several advantages. One major benefit is the flexible scheduling, which makes it a good option for students or people with other jobs. The position is also entry-level friendly, meaning employees typically do not need prior experience to get hired. In addition, the fast-paced environment can make shifts feel shorter and more engaging. Many employees also enjoy the team atmosphere and develop friendships with their coworkers. Another advantage is the availability of employee discounts or free food during shifts, as well as the potential for advancement into shift leader or management roles.

Cons

However, there are also some disadvantages to working at KFC. The pay is often relatively low, usually close to minimum wage. The job can be physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for long periods, work in a hot kitchen, and perform tasks such as lifting and cleaning. The work environment can also be messy due to grease and food preparation. Additionally, the job can be stressful during busy hours, especially when dealing with long lines or high customer demand. Employees may also have to handle difficult or impatient customers, which can be challenging. Finally, work schedules may be inconsistent, with hours varying from week to week.
