Free food. Decent vacation time. Making my own schedule. Leading people.
Cons
Long hours. No holidays off. Everything was micromanaged. Expected to continue cutting hours no matter how high the sales were (in most cases 12% hourly labor for a $30k/week store) which made salaried management lose days off and no additional compensation except for a pitiful quarterly bonus of $100-200.
