Pros
Pay during holidays and weekends is pretty good, and the hours are great. Not many casual places have 8-10 hour shifts. People are friendly.
Cons
Hot, loud, and oily; Pretty overwhelming environment. Also lots of pests, undercooked food, and dirtiness. Managers encourage speed over food safety. Back of house works alone, but it's definitely a two person job. Bad at communicating availability. You can't plan unavailability in advance, and you get given shifts at short notice regardless of availability.
