Management are divided into two groups. Group 1 has very capable, competent and empathetic managers. They are very hardworking and consistently work with subordinates to solve issue together as a team, making it less anxiety inducing and nervous to go to work and resolve issues. Group 2 is incompetent and irresponsible. G2 is very good at directing and leading a meeting with no directions and just instructions. Complex issues are often thrown to seniors who are already overloaded with endless meetings and deadline and when issues arise,
