Pros
* They hire great women, so the women were (mostly) nice to work with
Cons
* Facsimile of autonomy
* Incredibly inexperienced HR team - made frequent mistakes and blamed technology or other people
* They cared far more about money than they ever did about the people. They hired women because women were cheaper, and paid the women less than men, even though, in one case, the woman had more experience, and had been with the company longer - great value system, KEW
* Toxic environment - There was a lot of condescension, talking behind backs (from executive staff about management staff), lying, and a little bit of gaslighting
That's barely the iceberg of the USS Ti-kew-tanic, but are the chief reasons why I eventually left. I haven't worked there for almost 2 years (thank goodness), but I highly doubt much has changed, given that the executive staff hasn't changed much.
