Great people that work there but feel so sorry for them. Felt like I worked in Cell Block 9. It was the worst experience of my career and I have worked 25 years in a professional environment.
Cons
Not enough space here...Management always thinks you are trying to take advantage of the company.. Takes Micro management to a new level. Sales Reps expected to stay (inside) and not call on customers. PTO is a complete joke. Wants you to take the day after Thanksgiving as a PTO but if they call off because of lack of work that time of year, you will lose your PTO but other employees that didn't take that off do not lose it. Must be at your work station 15 minutes before you actually start. Looked down upon when getting up and getting coffee or going to the bathroom. Daily walk around by Management to see who is "sitting at there desk at 8:00 am...Terrible place!
