Sad Company - Quality Control KDC/ONE Employee Review

After several months, it became clear this workplace lacked direction. Tasks often bounce around departments with no clear owner until they become emergencies. Safety practices aren't followed consistently. Raises are rare, bonuses were cut for staff, yet leadership appeared unaffected. Internal promotions to senior roles continued, while frontline workers were left out. Communication is poor, and new hires are not welcomed. There's potential here, but not without major cultural and leadership changes. I would not recommend.
