US pay is not competitive for the market, no bonuses, and salary increases don't match cost of living increases. This is a direct cause for the high turnover and is a main reason for minimal/zero study history or client portfolio understanding for any handovers.
Disorganized and no consistencies in processes, materials, formatting, or ownerships across teams and studies. Leadership is guilty of not matching formatting requirements routinely, but the lower ranks are scolded. Classic example of not leading by example.
Minimal cross-department interactions, so handoffs are always a mess and there are never any long term process improvements.
PMs are also Clinical Trial Leads, directly overseeing CRAs while also running all team calls, responsible for minutes, TMF, etc with no coordinator type support.
Diversity in demographics are non-existent. 99% of employees are Caucasian.
