Cons
At its core, the office culture is suffering. The environment breeds condescending attitudes, delicate egos, and a strange social hierarchy of whispers that ripples through divided departments over time. It's a lot of work and there needs to be more tangible recognition of good performances. People on staff understand these expectations, but they also eventually leave because the stress / risks can outweigh the benefits.
