I have never had a bad experience at KccTech

-Hard workers and crews -Hourly Pay is good -Trys to work things out for employees if needed. -per diem is permissible -bi weekly pay grade -can potentially move up to foreman and further -potential for raises every year

-Workers shift frequently between crews -Some employees don’t do their job and rely on others to do so -Having to fix other crews mistakes in other cities job sites -worksites get piled up and aren’t getting done on time -Working out of town for weeks at a time, only being in hometown for weekends -having to go to other states to finish their work or help them
