KBC is a diverse company with many talented individuals. The Company offers hybrid working arrangements across the region with a strong focus on wellbeing and ensuring good engagement with its employees. Generally employees work very collaboratively together and there is good support from HR and Admin. There are a lot of employees who have been at KBC for a long time, me being one of them.
