Pros

Good benefits. That's about it. It used to be better. Some departments are better than others. For the most part it's not great.

Cons

Executives do not care about "on-site" employees. If your position doesn't generate income you are invisible to them. Directors hide things from the executives to stay safe. Managers hide things from the directors to stay safe. As long as your supervisor likes you, you are safe. You'll never get promoted. Incompetent supervisors rely on their subordinates to make themselves look good. There is an abundance of incompetent supervisors. Human resources is a joke. They have swelled into a massive department that does less for the employees than they have ever done. They cannot be trusted. Sexual harassment is rampant. They have allowed the morning security guard to sexually harass the females for decades. Office romances are everywhere. Mostly between married employees cheating with other married employees. Not much work is done on a daily basis. A few employees do the bulk of the work and the majority of employees sit around, gossip, online shop, play on their phones, etc.

Pros

Great benefits and company culture, frequent opportunities to interface with senior leaders and executives.

Cons

Roles and responsibilities are demanding, complex organization to understand, and requires in-office days if you are in proximity to a regional hub.

Pros

Good benefits, good amount of vacation time.

Cons

Poor middle and upper management. Although a lot of vacation time is given, you are not able to use it if you do not meet the percentage of your team. Meaning more than one person could not take time off at a time, This is a bad work place for your mental health.
