Pros

Benefits are affordable. Clean environment. Interview went well, but not very honest and forthcoming about the way the company is ran and what is expected of employees..

Cons

Was hired at interview. Would not show me the work floor to see what it was like. At orientation was told that there is a very high turnover rate. HR lady said "People don't want to work". Well I can tell you the reason no one stays, the expectations are extremely unrealistic. I had worked in 3 other plastic injection molding companies and never was required to run 2 presses at high speed, inspect, label, package, move pallets, computer work and communication board. There was literally no way to keep up. They start you out on 1 press, then a few days later you are put on 2 presses going full force. My supervisor begged for them to keep me and put me in another location but they would not. I was let go after 7 weeks, 1 week before insurance. There pay is not that good for what they expect out of you. Start out around $10. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Especially if you are an older adult. They have no respect for employees and expectations are ridiculous. Extremely fast paced work that even a skilled employee struggles to keep up with the requirements. So frustrating.

Pros

The job is not hard to do

Cons

They don’t tell you anything. Insurance was very expensive and had to seek health benefits elsewhere. Unrealistic expectations of production. no real training.
