The effort they make for team building almost never works. There’s a ton of gossiping and shady recruitment tactics. Management is not only bad, but completely unrealistic and out of touch. It’s just a bunch of hotshots with walmart manager mentality. Budgeting was just crazy and management would often inflate their numbers just to look good with others The benefits were almost nonexistent. Training was a matter of chance, if you got it it’s probably because someone liked you, rather than actual planning and development tactics.
