      Working from home is a positive. There is some flexibility and you can create your own schedule for 80% of the workload.

      Cons

      Learning to seperate work and home life is difficult. There is always more work to do and you need to be great at time management.

      Casual and welcoming environment Management cares about employees and try to connect with them on a personal level

      Office spaces are somewhat dirty, although this would be due to the amount of inventory
