      Cross-collaboration across some teams is great. Very helpful HR. Company is growing and hence, its a great time to be a part of it. Appraisals will be good depending on which team you are in

      Cons

      A little old-school and not very receptive to change. However, best is to stick to your work and stay out of politics.
