      Good work environment, fun and knowledgeable work colleagues

      Cons

      Let down by ineffective senior management, very poor staff retention rates and not much in the way of promotion opportunities, and pay is towards the lower end of the pay scale for the industry and compared to the competition

      Office is in a great location.

      Cons

      If the supervisor dont like you as one of his "favorites" he will punish you and not include you when referring to import dept or training.
