Cons
Avoid this company. They are not a company that should even be supported. Management treats you like poorly, they are incredibly unethical. You will never feel seen or heard. If you bring up an issue you've noticed, you will be fired without warning or explanation. The only thing they care about is money. You are not important to them. If you work hard and have an excellent work ethic, you will be fired because the managers will feel threatened by you. You get ZERO paid time off, no paid holidays, no sick days, no benefits, no insurance, and raises don't exist. If you are sick, you have to find your own coverage, absolutely no exceptions. You also don't get any kind of break unless you go to the bathroom. The pay is not worth it. Depending on the location, you get paid below minimum wage, while you do get tips and those can be good... they are never guaranteed. You have little to no job security. The managers like to cause problems and drama, creating an extremely toxic environment. The owners and managers have favorites and that is blatantly obvious. The ONLY good thing about this place is your fellow baristas and some of the customers.
