      Pros

      Good health benefits, some good coworkers. Decent salary, can support your family. Vacation and sick time are fair. Nice place to work at first.

      Cons

      Poor management, chaotic, unrealistic goals. Workers not treated respectfully, inappropriate workplace behavior by senior staff. Honesty and hard work are not rewarded. Very political.
