      Pros

      Experienced product management managers which is good

      Cons

      Operation is disaster, bad management with unprofessional work force. old lighting company mindset and refuse to change. there are many unprofessional mangers/directors across engineering and supply chain. They are the real roadblocks but top management did nothing about it. Hopefully Acuity will set them straight.

      Could have better communication with headquarters and team members.

      Pros

      This company offered me a relatively good pay to this position, and I was quite happy with that.

      Cons

      One, work is some times boring. Two, the salary didn't increase every year. Three, people were not professional at work all the time. There is nothing more to complain about.
