Working at Juniper has been a great experience. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely recognizes hard work. The company culture prioritizes people, which makes it motivating and enjoyable to contribute each day. I’ve had the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects early on, collaborate across teams, and see the results of our efforts. The team is talented, kind, and highly collaborative, and there’s a real sense of shared purpose and trust.

The company is growing quickly, and some processes and handoffs between teams are still being refined. Occasionally, this can require extra coordination or adjustments. That said, the company is aware of these areas and actively working to improve them, which makes it an exciting time to contribute and help shape how we scale.
