Flexible hours, set your own schedule, and curriculum is set up for you. This makes teaching classes easy so you can focus on developing tailored lesson plans with students. Super communicative support staff.
Cons
Can get a bit repetitive if teaching the same courses. Pay has not kept up with inflation and could be more competitive. New students are not joining as often as they were a few years ago. Not much in the way of career advancement or promotion.
