      Good company let down by senior management team. Employees disengaged. Communication poor from Management. Poor strategy.

      Good work life balance. Really strong values - supportive culture. Just won an award for being best place to work in Edinburgh.

      Cons

      It has quite a flat structure so limited career opportunities.

      Under new management the company has had its best year ever. Now profitable and growing fast. Feels like they have the right strategy.
