Pros

Cutting edge behavioral treatments. Compassionate and caring staff. For staff there is an awesome 401k, training is the best I've ever seen at an ABA company. Independent.

Cons

Not enough leave time, sometimes you can work extra long days due to scheduling.

Thank you for your kind words! We are proud to use the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and other evidence-based practices as our North Star. This helps us provide top-notch training for our employees which translates directly to quality services for our learners. We love being locally owned and operated to support our community even more. Thank you for your feedback! In the last two years we have combined our paid time off (PTO) and sick leave to give our employees increased flexibility to use this time as well as revamped our hours of operation to incorporate block scheduling to enhance work/life balance for our employees.

Pros

- Comprehensive training and onboarding — far more in-depth than other ABA or healthcare agencies I’ve worked for - Clear, consistent expectations covered in training and written out - Supervisors are regularly on-site and available for support, and even if they aren't in the center for a day, they will answer a Slack or text quickly - Other more experienced RBTs and "support" staff are always willing to help or jump in when needed - The leadership seems to genuinely care about employees and kids - Feels like a team working toward a shared mission, not just a job

Cons

- The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times (but that’s the nature of ABA and healthcare) - High standards and accountability might not be a fit for everyone, especially those who just want to "do their own thing"
