Pros
Great discounts on accessories, decent benefits and savings off your plan+ device with the select carriers. HR and the operations team are incredible to work with, super supportive and resourceful. I will mention managers and HQ certainly try to maintain zero tolerance for any abusive behaviour or language used towards staff in store.
Cons
Commission structure doesn’t guarantee commission off every sale or any commission from any sales throughout the month unless you hit specific targets. Hourly wage is not as competitive either and receiving a raise can take time. Customer interactions can more often than not start off a little bumpy. Sometimes even stretch beyond involving some verbal abuse. However it is expected as a there are many different types of customers coming in with broken devices that need them fixed as they use them for school, work, etc. Sometimes it feels as if HQ in general is spread very thin so getting support on certain things may take time. (It was something actively being worked on and showing improvements on before my departure though)
