Salary used to be the only reason why people used to join this company but now even that has gone bad thanks to the Noida based HR who did not understood the difference between Oil & Gas industry vs pharmacutical and there fore suggested same salary across all Businesses. Now even the salary structure is not lucrative enough to join this company. The major pros of this company is that most of the time there is no work,from bottom to top management and business Heads are just daily coming to office and sipping 4 to 5 cups of tea. As I said such type of lazy and non skilled full jobs are more suitable for retired people or those who are nearing their retirement. Young and mid career professionals should stay away from this as they won't learn any skills during the early stage of their career which is very important to land future jobs.

Bad HR, everything is operated for Noida. they will fire even a 15 year old employee if the business goes slightly down no matter how much you had contributed at the time when the business was growing. Poor management is another reason why you shouldn't join this company. There is lot of favouritism and promotions are not given based on performance or years of service. Lack of interesting and knowlegable work. Most of the time you will be doing agent type of work which will not developer your skills for future career moves. Once you join this organization you practically stop learning and the more you stay with this organization the more becomes your chances of not able to secure any jobs. Other companies won't hire if you are working for this company as they will know you will be lacking skills and higher the numbers of years you worked the lesser knowlegable you become. Hire and fire strategy, the company practically works on this strategy. The are basically agency firm and depends on small percentage of commission from their principal. There is not sustainability or assurance of career. They are highly volatile to industry fluctuations. Many of their contracts are short term. So they will basically hire you for that contract term of 1 or 2 years and then fire you once the contract finishes, that way you will be practically on road. Who should join this company!! Only those people who are nearing their retirement or already retired. I strongly insist that thoes who are mid career or about to start the career should stay away from this company.
