Pros

Employees are very nice when you are not talking about work. Relaxed working environment. It will fell like a second family but you have to watch your back all the time.

Cons

- Awful pay they don't offer bonuses or raises. - Way to many VP's and Senior VP's. - The operations management has no experience or understanding of anything other then magazines. - Employees aren't appreciated. They will put the blame on you when you're not to blame at all. - While I was there they were trying to make it in the digital industry and by the looks of it they will never make it. This company is going to crash and burn if they don't make major changes. - They outsource everything. They can't keep employees long enough to do everything in-house so they have to contract and freelance just about everything they do. - They have meetings just to have more meetings. I have never seen so much disorganization in my life.
