We recognize the, sometimes extreme, heat and cold in the plant and communicate those conditions from the start of the interview process. That’s why we’ve been diligently working and continuously investing in improved air handling units with A/C. New units are already up and running in the packaging corridor, and additional sections of this air handler will soon start servicing the packaging aisle and rooms. Similarly, new units are expected to be fully installed on both the east and west sides of the plant by summer 2025. We regret that the pay, overtime, and benefits did not meet your expectations.
