Their CEO is just a genuinely good human being. They have many very intelligent employees, everyone there is hard working. Salary was fair for role. Large number of female employees in executive and above roles.
Cons
Small company, so those in charge are very tenured. Another person called them "good old boys". Not bad people, but management and above can be an echo chamber. Management/execs are the same few faces just shuffling around each org change. Tech is behind others in their space. Antiquated PTO guidelines for anyone below director. Very frequent org changes that affect day-to-day. Roles, responsibilities, and/or job title can change at moment's notice. Some here have direct report employees that know more than they do.
