* top-notch technology, from k8s to machine learning; a lot of Scala in analytics/ML, golang on the backend * an outstanding employer benefits-wise * a company doing a lot of business in the EU * you routinely meet people who previously worked in the EU or even the US; the few who leave tend to move to those locations; top school graduates in abundance * the main R&D office is spectacular
