Unprofessional, cheap, toxic work envitoment, Overall a terrible company to work for, I didn't even get a reply when I sent in my notice to HR. I had holidays left when I handed jn my notice but decided not to take them as they were busy at the time, the forman then tried to bully me into doing overtime by stating I should just go home if I wasn't going to do over time so I called his bluff and finished the day and packed up my stuff.
