Not much room for professional growth. Poor planning by leadership resulting in laying off multiple very talented employees across the company.

Started out with seemingly strong mission

Leadership team is not experienced or strong enough to grow business, specifically in the US. This, coupled with a blurry vision, weak product roadmap, and non-existent company goals/mission/values, resulted company-wide failure in many important areas.
