Management is too concerned with pounds out the door, which equates to lower quality, and more work for less people. Team leaders play favorites, already making up their minds before interviewing candidates for promotions. Team Leader also is allowing a toxic work environment, put in numerous complaints from numerous members, about the attitude and behavior of one member, who is creating a hostile work environment. Good people leave for different departments, or quit all together, because of lack of respect and follow through of the Johnsonville Way. Management is comfortable, been in their positions for 10 plus years, with no desire to stretch and grow...while also not trying to improve processes. Suggestions are ignored, or taken as their own if they like the idea.
