J&J is a big name that offers CV fluff. It is looked upon favorably for future employment endeavors.
Cons
1) Benefits are continually cut 2) Salary is on the low end versus industry average (bonuses are even lower) 3) No stock or stock options are granted unless you're a "golden boy" 4) Senior management is very indecisive 5) The company is unstable with perceived job security as being very, very low
