Pros
The people who are in the trenches are truly team players and want to do what is right.
Cons
No direct career path. Upper management is the all boys club. No such thing as a balanced home and work life. Low employee moral and upper management does not care. The attitude of upper management is not about the quality and the customer, instead it's about fast and lean. And what I mean is do what ever it takes to get the job done. Low paying for what it is you are required to do. Expect to work long hours and having drive in in bad weather. No such thing as working from home or leaving early.
