      Pros

      The people make it a great place to work. From a practical perspective there is an excellent pension, share scheme and other benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of talent retention in some areas, management is made up of people who aren’t the right people for the job, they were just in the right place at the time.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
