      Cons

      This is the worst place to work at as an engineer. No Progression. Dismal career prospects Made for you to retire or die. Constantly undermined. You're not part of the main body of staff, you're there to provide a service.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
