      Pros

      Diverse product line. Contract company with outlook towards quality and customer service. Expectations are to fulfill many roles and take on responsibilities if one desires to grow.

      Cons

      Very Hierarchical oriented company with many layers of management. Promotions with in the company group is not there. One can move laterally from one group to another.

      Pros

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
