11yThank you for sharing your concerns. Our employees’ satisfaction is important to us, so we value input whenever we get it. Through our employee opinion surveys we have identified that interdepartmental communication is an opportunity area for us, and as a result have embarked on a continuous improvement program to address communication and cooperation. We’re already making significant strides, and continue to welcome suggestions for improvement – we’ve put many vehicles in place to allow employees to make recommendations. Regarding your comments about promotion opportunities, we give our staff the opportunity to professionally advance whenever possible. We post all open positions internally first, and we give preference to existing staff for any new or open positions. As a result, this year we’ve already awarded 40 internal promotions and four lateral transfers.
