high integrity company. historic company with core products that are leaders in North America industry (heating systems, climate controls, automotive batteries, automotive seating).

Cons

somewhat "old school" management style. struggles in innovation, marketing and R&D. growing in leader development, but historically very few mechanisms to grow and develop talent.
