Pros
Company preaches ethics and moral behavior, pay is ok ,customer base is high end, team philosophy with opportunity to self educate, good benefits for these days
Cons
Despite dictating ethics in you, they are not ethical and do not pay proper prevailing wages on public work job sites which is the reason I left. Everyone on the local level plays dumb when this issue is brought up like they have never heard of this before and blame upper management. Would be a great place to work otherwise.
