      Pros

      Strong benefits: Very good healthcare benefits and other perks. Supportive culture: Camaraderie and teamwork very strong and a collaborative environment. Global opportunities: As a multinational company, one has the opportunity grow very fast and explore diverse career paths and get international exposure. Job stability: The company has established market presence and is almost unaffected by recent wars. Very competitive but if you show results your valued.

      Fast passed and goal driven. New comes need to prove themselves.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
