      Pros

      - Salary is good but only once you reach a certain level - Staff and managers are generally kind and helpful - Nice and comfortable office space - Big enough department so there is support available if you have issues with anything - Good flexibility. They want people to come into the office but there is not a lot of pressure to.

      Cons

      - There has been a lot of downsizing of the Tech Comms department in the last few years with roles being outsourced and just eliminated outright. Tech Comms is not promoted well or valued by the wider organisation. - Starting salary and even beyond that is not good at all compare to other similar companies.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
