Pros
Transparency allows us to always contribute and grow individually and as a whole. Great culture among the team. I've been able to attend some really exceptional training and personal development training because of the leaders here. Growth. Can't say it enough- growth! Being a part of rapid growth allows us all to step up and challenge ourselves to be our best. Our relationships with our clients are so rewarding. Our contribution in he community is inspiring. My favorite (hard to have a favorite!) is our work with the Veterans in our state. Leaders are family oriented and support us when we need it. Healthcare options and benefits are great. Atmosphere in the office is really inspiring. Coffee and snacks are abundant!
Cons
I would have to say the only thing that wouldn't work for some- is being highly adaptable to change. I personally love it, but can appreciate for some that may not be favorable.
