Pros

The benefits such as Insurance, tuition assistance almost $6,000 a year, tickets to the Rays Baseball Games sometimes are Free, or $35, great company to work for, you can get discounts everywhere for being an employee even if you rent, you can have the move-in deposit waived.

Cons

They monitor everything you do! Supervisors nick pick on all the work. They send you error reports daily!!! Actions that need to be corrected. The workload is heavy, no lunch breaks. It's like a slave yard. No one stays there long. They leave as soon as they get a new job. The turnover rate is high and you will have anxiety issues and headaches everyday.
