      Pros

      Great family oriented company with good benefits and very knowledgeable management and employees. Good benefits and fair profit sharing. Always able to adapt to changes within the industry. The company has been thriving for almost 100 years and its very easy to see why.

      Cons

      I am not able to come up with any real cons. I have worked for a few freight forwarder/customs brokerage companies and JSC is easily the best.
