Pros
It is a strong group all working toward a common goal. There is a real sense of purpose and significance amongst the staff and it makes you want to come to work every day. A really fun team atmosphere and senior management truly cares about the employees. You can tell ownership has an interest in something beyond profit and loss
Cons
You work hard. Definitely not a con when you enjoy what you do but everybody seems to bust it and are high achievers.
