An incredible team of talented designers, fabricators and artisans who are paid well and well appreciated for their talent and dedication. I enjoyed the mutual respect that ran throughout the team and leadership. Also, they care very much about the quality of their work and client relationships. I am proud of the work I did there.

Workflow could be streamlined. I felt that I spent too much time pinging back and forth in various programs to keep things updated to the point of redundancy. The projects come fast and furious and a single, streamlined, efficient workflow could make all the details easier to track and share.

Fun creative work with an experienced crew. Learning opportunities are always available. If you like to solve problems on sight (during installations and in front of clients), you will have this opportunity here—a fast-paced environment with creative projects.

The major cons are the toxic/aggressive attitudes of key leadership and the constant threat of wage theft. These jobs are often fast-paced and that can be stressful, however, couple this with being yelled at by leadership instead of managed and educated, almost no oversight for workplace abuse, and constant wage "misunderstandings" and the effort is not worth it.
